Happy Halloweeeeen!!

In an attempt to relive my Uptown Girl days, where I could gallivant off to City Grill on 72nd St and Columbus with my girls to enjoy a cocktail and a Hawaiian chicken salad any time I wanted, I made a similar salad here at home for dinner last night. Bonus points for using my new grill that my mom got me for my birthday!

I'm a vegetarian, but this sounds really good! I'm gonna copy this and make it some night. I eat chicken sometimes, and this sounds delicious!
Yum! Now I'm hungry!
