Well, I waited til after the first of the year to see if my depression got better. It didn't really. I saw the doc on Monday. She changed my meds and suggested that I might wanna see a therapist. I'm waiting on info back from my insurance company about benefits. i think I'm gonna have to call them back because it's been like 3 days and no word from
