How To Work With Personal Assistants/Home Helps - Internet Resources?

I’m looking for internet resources on how PWDs can best work with PAs/Home Helps to make sure they get the support they need in a respectful and dignified manner. I really want resources on how to manage the relationship itself rather than specifics on hiring/firing as these are different depending on where one lives, and the info on that aspect

As you've probably discerned from my posts regarding my caregivers, particularly my mind-boggling stupid one, I have no idea how to have a relationship with them. So if you find any resources, I'd be ever so grateful if you could pass them on to me. Thank you in advance!
