Busy! And nervous, y'know, about finding a job. Makes it almost impossible to relax, and I really need some downtime! The degree was so intense, but every time I try to do something just for me - like read - there's a niggly part of my brain that won't let me enjoy it. Gets me down sometimes.
How about you? You don't post so very often! You must be busy too...?
I'm good! Sorry I haven't been posting very often - I hope to start posting more now that my jobs at Laurier have ended for the summer. Right now I'm looking for a part-time job for the summer to supplement my job working with a girl with a disability for a few hours a week. I've also picked up some books to start on my reading for my courses at McMaster. I'm looking forward to busking again this summer, and to starting my M.A. in the fall.
Good luck with the job search! I always find it impossible to relax when I'm looking for a job, because I'm always on edge waiting to hear if I've been called in for an interview, or if I've been hired. It's especially stressful applying to multiple jobs at once, and waiting to hear back from them. Heck, looking for a job can almost be a full-time job in itself!
Anyway, sorry for rambling on. I hope that a good job turns up, and that you find some well-deserved time to relax.
