Dear Mr. and Mrs. Richards,

I have been informed that your daughter, Brenna Richards, has been found with a copy of a book related to the Dark Arts, by one of our professors. Unfortunately, the situation being what it is, I have seen fit to suspend her from school.

Please understand that these are turbulent times around Hogwarts, and we are doing this with the safety of our students in mind. We are trying our best to prevent any future tragedies at school, and cannot, at this time, afford to be careless and overlook this matter.
