Background:
Wiki Page Personality:
Sofia Sartor is a bold woman with a thirst for knowledge. She has a passion for books and literature, and aims to spread her knowledge throughout the Ottoman Empire. An independent woman, Sofia owns and runs her own bookshop in Constantinople after leaving Venice on her own. She is even interested in publishing to help circulate the knowledge that various books of interest could provide. Sofia possesses a maturity and intelligence beyond her years, but still has the wonderment and curiosity of a child when it comes to something she finds interesting.
Her intelligence is one of her stronger points. She was able to decode scripts and ciphers left behind by the Polo brothers to help Ezio find the hidden Masayaf keys. It didn’t seem to be tedious work for her; in fact, she enjoyed it, and it actually helped foster the eventual relationship between herself and Ezio. These scripts also fascinated her to the point that she wanted to publish these works so she could share it with others.
Sofia’s independence sets her apart from other women of her time. She has experienced both the culture of her birthplace and home for twenty-five years, Constantinople, as well as the culture of Italy, which was her home for the next thirteen years. Being able to experience life in two different countries, Sofia learned the native tongues of both, and is able to speak them both well. Her travels had purpose-her return to Constantinople was mainly in part to open her own bookshop, to share her knowledge and opinions on literary works. Her interest in books has fueled her passion to travel to other countries to visit printing presses.
For the most part, Sofia tends to look at the positive side of things. It is rare to see her upset. She is able to take things with a grain of salt, though at times, she can be subtly bold with some of her opinions, as seen in her relationship with Ezio Auditore. She doesn’t dare try to pry Ezio’s secrets from him, but is patient to let him share what he can, though she is curious as to what he’s hiding from her. Sofia is appreciative of her small role in Ezio’s story, and is outwardly thankful for letting her be included. She is also openly flirtatious with Ezio, and makes it clear that she is definitely interested in him.
Powers, Skills, and Abilities:
Sofia possesses no powers or abilities. She's just your run=-of-the-mill human being. Her intelligence is a great forte, and does well with puzzles and decoding. She also knows her literature.

First Person:
[The video feed clicks on an off as Sofia tries to figure out the functions of this curious device. She’s never seen anything like it before. Instead of freaking out or being terrified over all the new and seemingly unbelievable things (at least, to her) around her, she’s fascinated by them. The woman is trying her earnest to work the silly contraption in her hand, and after a few tries, finally has her device set on a steady feed.]
This is… well, this is new. I have never seen anything so… so… fascinating in my life! What are these floating pictures in my room? [Her hand passes through one of the holographic monitors next to her bed.]
By the looks of the view from my window, I suppose that I am no longer in a world familiar to me. This is neither Constantinopoli or Venezia, nor is it Masayaf. [She looks away from the camera for a moment.] I do wonder how I ended up here.
[When she looks back into the camera, she has a pleasant smile on her face.] I also wonder. Has anyone seen my… [That awkward moment when you don’t know how to define a relationship.] …escort? He is a tall man who tends to keep his face hidden beneath a hood.
Third Person:
Sofia had no second thoughts as she quickly packed what little belongings she could take from her bookshop. For a moment, though, she stopped to take a look at the mangled mess her captors left behind. Seeing all the books cluttered on the floor amongst fallen chairs and flipped tables made her heart fall into her stomach. She shook her head slowly. It would have grown to be a beautiful bookshop, where people would come from all over to see, she mused. It was a shame she would never have the chance to foster it now, or even clean it up. It was the only thing she would miss about Constantinopoli.
But that part of her life was over now, and a new adventure was beginning. Sofia would have never guessed that her life would have taken such a turn the moment she had met Ezio Auditore. He did not lie-he was the most interesting man in her life, and she hoped it would stay that way. It was one adventure after the next with him-there was never a dull moment. Even though she was leaving a life she barely started behind, she was happy to be starting a new adventure with someone she had grown quite fond of. Yes, danger would follow her, but Ezio would help keep her safe. She smiled at the thought.
With a heavy sigh, she shut the small suitcase filled with some clothing and a few of her most prized possessions, which included the portrait of herself that was done for her 28th birthday. She made her way out of her bookshop slowly, taking note of everything she would be leaving behind, and it wasn’t just the bookshop. Constantinopoli was her home, her birthplace… and to think that she would not be able to return to this place again filled the part of her that called it home with sadness. But now, there was no turning back.
As she opened the door, she gave one more look at her bookshop. As short a time as it was, there were memories here. A smile came to her face before she stepped across the threshold and shut the door behind her. After a deep breath, she began her trek to the docks, where Ezio would be waiting for her. It was time to find out what those keys opened. After all that work deciphering those scripts, Sofia was interested in seeing just what kind of treasure Ezio sought.
