Though up in Cleveland all of our halloween costumes had to be able to fit a winter coat underneath. In fact I can think of like 5 years when it was warm enough to just wear the costume on halloween night.

We always had to design our outfits so they were warm but we were usually warm enough with walking up all the enormous hills.
