I also use Allan Vayle Enterprises and Billbooks & Associates, in addition to Bookazine, B&T, and Ingram.

Koen closed, then became Koen-Levy, then closed again.

BookStream's model worked so well for special order fulfillment for an online retailer like me... with no minimums and free freight I could keep humming along as a quiet-but-determined little engine of independence.

I've picked up copies of SECRET MATTER and PERIPHERY at trade shows, and sold through both.
