History and Upbringing:Seilee is the only daughter of Martha and Tom Reed. She was two when her dad died in a car accident so she doesn't really remember him all that well. Ever since she can remember, she's had to get used to the fact that her mother was always being called away to meetings and rarely had enough time for her. She grew to become independent and developed a strategy of defensive reading whenever things around her got too tough to handle.
Because of Martha's constant absence, she had to hire a nanny named Alyssa who was only to happy to fill her shoes as a mom. Alyssa taught Seilee to be strong and nice to other people no matter what their standing in life.
Current State of Mind: Having inherited her mother's love of all things scientific, Seilee harbors a small fear of the magical world. Although she's very involved in it and loves reading about it and performing spells, a part of her is still searching for the science behind all of it.
She makes good grades, which is sort of a given for a Ravenclaw, and is generally a quiet person. She's the quintessential brooding Ravenclaw. When asked, she won't hesitate to lend a helping hand. She's a nice person who isn't quick to anger but possesses a bit of a temper.
Role In the Plot:Seilee is a quick thinker and the cold, clinical,logic that helps her think straight in highly stressful situations. She's also a good researcher and absorbs information quickly.
