Things I've Learned About Exercise and Diet at the End of My First Full Year
1. Running will never be easy for me but I can do it in intervals.
2. Exercise alone - at least in the amount of time I am willing to devote to it - will not help me lose weight.
(18 weeks exercise - no loss of lbs. Add food journal - lose weight)
