Novel: I have a draft. Now what?

So I've written over 56 thousand words, and will do my best to bring that number up to 60K by the end of November 30th. Then, I will have a Shitty First Draft. What next? The largest document I've ever revised, edited, paginated, and otherwise wrangled into a form suitable for submission to an outside evaluator was my master's thesis, and that was

New goal: 90K words by 11:59 December 31st. I have 56K now, so that'll be 36K more. 32 days, 36 thousand words... let's say 1200 words per day. I can do that.

Then, let the draft cool for a week or three while working on something else, then start revising. That's the plan.
