Heh. Riiiiight.

Not that I'm not looking forward to it, and not that there'll be a lot of fun in it. But there's going to be precious little me-by-myself time. So I think I will take the 27th off of work, too, and make that a me-day. Finally go see 'Hugo' or the Muppet movie.

In my line of work, holidays are for working incredibly long hours for two weeks solid, then relaxing on January 1st for, oh, two months. I like being out and about, though, seeing everyone's decorations and all the pretty lights and in the next day or two the roadways will empty considerably (the freeway's already super light for traffic) which makes my job easier.

But you relax, by all means. Well deserved. Merry Christmas, old friend.
