Words...The more I think about it (the older/wiser I get?) the more I realize how much I need them, love them, thrive on them, organize my mind around them! Some little episodes/collective events/personal reactions to said episodes and events, that have emphasized this realization include but are certainly not limited to

Interesting you of all people should say that, when most of your posts are wordless! In fact, the minute I saw your icon I wondered what you'd have to say about the matter - The thing is, I very much like many of your pictures - in fact I very much like photography and images in general...patterns and shapes, light/shadow contrasts etc...but truthfully, I like *describing* them even more!

This made me think of something else: As much as I've always loved some classical music....I love it even more when I have read about it, or when the director/performers have something to say before performing...there it is- words again!

In fact, just about any experience I can think of - make that *every* pleasurable human experience I can think of (without need for going into further detail here) I find enhance-able (I know, made up) by words...
