Thank God for this Second New Year's Day

I've thoroughly enjoyed my holiday break, but enjoyed doesn't seem like the right word. I've LIVED this break to the point where Life While Working almost doesn't seem worth living! It feels chaotic, overscheduled, stressful...just Too Complicated. There, now I've said it and there's no turning back: I want to Divorce My Job. Or, more reasonably,

You had that opportunity for another district a while back -- would that have been just as much commute?

That was a worse commute, but I'm not really lacking opportunities - with my bilingual skills and experience, I'm pretty much assured a job with either Hillsboro or Beaverton if I seek one - the question is do I want to switch - there are many pros and cons to doing that! I just have to do my homework on what exactly they offer as far as compensation, what's available in terms of openings, etc...and then decide whether I want to take the plunge, since many of the more intangible, but equally important factors, are unfortunately unknowns until you're in there...
