I'm really sorry I'm not around to help you with Potions. I did get sick for a bit and now Father's sending me off to Durmstrangs. Some rot about all the bad influences at Hogwarts.

That's awful about what happened at the ball. You were hurt were you?

I'm sure I'll at least see you over holidays at the usual functions our parents like to drag us to, though I have to say I really miss being at Hogwarts.

This is ridiculous! I'm not sure if you've heard yet, but I've been suspended. Professor Archer caught me with a potions book that he says is full of dark potions. It does contain dark material, but I'd no idea that would cause so much trouble. You know I would never do dark magic, right? I hope you believe me.

Professor Dumbledore suspended me, because apparently, with the current situations, they won't "take any chances". I'm not sure that I will be able to return to school next year. I've never been in trouble before, and now I've been kicked out of school. I don't know what to think. I'm taking the Knight Bus home.

I guess they're arranging to send my things home. If you could make sure they get everything, I would really appreciate it. I feel so lost, Bri, I have no idea what to do. School is my life. Or I suppose, it was my life.

At least they let me keep my wand.

That is completely ridiculous! Good thing they haven't seen the book Danny gave me for my birthday, then Father must be furious. Of course I'll make sure you get all your things.

This is just so completely insane. I can't believe they're doing this to you! I know you'd never hurt anyone or do anything bad.
