I looked under the cut at the EBD ones idly thinking I might be interested... and apparently you and I have an identical collection. How deeply odd. Out of further interest, are they actually worth much? I want to hang onto mine, but am wondering if I should take them away with me for fear Mum will give them to Oxfam...
Some of them go for silly amounts - I had a friend who bought one of the GGBP fill-ins for £40 a few years back (!) and some of the Armada paperbacks can fetch £15-30. Hbs can go for anything from £5 to well over £100 is rare and with dw.
Off the top of my head I know I've got Have His Carcase, Murder Must Advertise, Busman's Honeymoon, Hangman's Holiday (hb) and at least two others in varying degrees of wear... I bought a stack of the thin hbs for £1 each last year so am trying to be ruthless and get rid of the hbs...
I'll put them to one side and work out some prices (I look at Amazon marketplace, ebay and ABE to get ideas), then you can let me know for definite. As for Noel Streatfeilds, I have A Vicarage Family and Curtain Up in pb, and a hb of Noel Streatfeild's Christmas Storybook (possibly another pb but I'd need to check when I get home from work).
