Khabarovsk Day 1, morning
Our first day in Khabarovsk was the first morning after our first train ride. Since we were all jet-lagged from the 7 hour time difference, we had a very hard time sleeping on the first train. I think we were all awake around 1 am eating beef jerky! Gotta love jet-lag ( Read more... ) -
Vladivostok Day 2
Cloudy, cold and WINDY! That is what I will remember about Vladivostok. We decided to get up and out early, since we had not been able to see anything yesterday. Plus, we were staying a ways from the center, so we wanted to get out and about as early as possible. Departure
I cannot stress this enough...do not move the day before leaving on the Transiberian. Moving is hard enough, but I would have forgotten my head if it was not attached. Really. Move is Done
So, the move is done! I've got most of my stuff in my new apartment. So excited about my new room!!! It is tons better than the old one. Stuff is everywhere, but it is so light and airy. Also up high, I have my first "view" of Moscow from my room ( Read more... ) -
