"Evie, it's John. In an effort to get some cheering for football, I'm trying to get some gold team members to show their support for the cheerleaders by attending cheer practice on Wednesday. If you can come, that's great. If not, no worries."

"Oh, hullo! Um, what time would that be?" Evie asked. "I've got two workshops tomorrow. And, um. They didn't let me be on the cheerleading team-- you don't think they'd be insulted if I attempted it, do you?"

"Um, hi, this is Ino - you know, from helping with your hair - is this thing even on? - well, whatever... I was wondering if you were still willing to show me how to use a computer? If not, then that's fine, but I'd like to know either way so... "

"Hullo! THis is Evie! Calling back! And yes, that would be fine. I'll be by as soon as it's convenient for you, shall I?"

"Hi Evie! I'm not doing anything important right now, so if you're free, it'd be great if you came by!"
