Yes, they are quite the love-triangle <3 I didn't see it coming at all! Sims have a mind of their own sometimes...

I'm glad that Gene is making progress in his relationship with Maxine! I see that Maxine has been making progress in all her relationships, so I hope she doesn't end up breaking his heart.
