Hey guys! So I’ve given myself a solid month of playing The Sims 4, and I wanted to share some of my thoughts and opinions about the game in case there are any fellow TS2-lovers out there who are debating on whether to get the newest version of the best game ever in the world. *deep breath* Here we go!

'boy that was a lot of text to read! x) I did though and I agree with you on some points and disagree on some. I haven't played as much as you have though so I should hold my judgment a little longer. I guess that some things like if you enjoy the babies, lack-of-toddlers, click-and-drag-everything can basically turn the game around for you from ok to awesome or unsatisfying

I can totally understand where you are coming from with TS4 being more rule-focused like getting promotions, earning points, etc. However I feel like TS2 was designed to be that way in the base game as well, right? I think the more EPs that come out, the more freedom the Simmer has to play by their own rules as opposed to the strict rules set forth by the game makers in the base game. Perhaps as the game grows you will be able to gain fitness points in other ways besides going to the gym, for example.

I'm positive that you played more TS3 than I did (because I only played it a handful of times), but I TS4 is a much better experience for me than TS3 no doubt. I still love my TS2 pixels, which is why I haven't gotten rid of them just yet :)
