That first scene with Peter and Claire is short but just perfect. ♥

I... I don't how I feel about all the older generation having met so long before. It feels a bit retconny. I'm not sure if Angela knowing Linderman before meeting Arthur makes that much sense. Especially Linderman; why would the US government have an interest in a kid from England. Also, a group of sixteen year olds blackmailing and killing and the such seems kind of... funny.

I love how incredibly petty Peter is about the World Series vs the playoff thing, but that 'even in your generosity you're selfish' line is perfect.

Oh, Peter is so *intense*.

Claire is back to season one awesomeness. Her whole realisation of what she's becoming was perfectly done. Also, she has sexy sexy dads:

So, how did Alice go from a dark-haired little girl to a woman who appears to have had blonde hair. And Charles' power is suggestion? (Him telling them to go about their business in the diner reminds me of that creepy diner scene in The 4400 with Summer Glau's character.) How did Peter do the astral projection thing with him, then?

Oh oh oh! Angela's dad's power totally works with a fic I'm writing that involves Nathan's sons.

OH SHIT, THE SOCKS MAKE A GLORIOUS REAPPEARANCE.

Oh, Petrellis, never change:

Conclusions: I love that Angela is back to being HBIC instead of simply doing what Arthur told her to. I love the Petrelli Company and that Noah counts as part of that, and I am so excited for next week.

HOWEVER. I will fucking cry if Sylar kills Nathan. Hopefully since they're setting it up to look that way, it won't happen, and since the family knows, it should be avoidable. Then again, maybe that's a double bluff.

stream of consciousness, ep recap: heroes, heroes
