Why don't you learn to spell, quit hiding behind "Anonymous," and stop reading if it pisses you off so much?

dude, jamy.
i was just typing nearly the same thing before i read your comment.
no fucking joke, though.

mr. anonymous, it'd be greatly appreciated if you vomited your illiteracy in someone else's journal.
i'm not saying that i'm stringing words from the keyboard with no error [for christ sakes, i don't use capitalization]; however, i don't have to wonder what word i'm reading in my illiterate vomit.

so, go poop on some other party.
even if we don't know who you are, i hope you know, and will never forget, that you have just been made fun of and disgraced for being so moronic.

please, think of what may become of your character.
you're really boasting your retardation.

just remember this - and, oh - did you need any ice?

FOR THAT BURN!

anyhoo, now that's said:

you obviously care about something if you wrote an oration in even more than a week before your first tourney.

if you know anyone who needs a topic, i wanted to do a topic about dieting.
everyone is convinced that losing weight is circulated around fat grams or carbs or calories or sugars or starches or whatever, but no one really looks at all the minerals and vitamins that our bodies are often not getting -

making our bodies erode in the long run.
our eroding bodies won't only hinder our life span, but also make it difficult to lose weight.

now, say you took a blood test and found out you were anemic and were given a chance to either take giant, palm-sized iron supplements or eat foods high in iron.
you'd most likely take the food, but do you know what has iron in it?
