In other exciting news, I am quitting my job! And going on a cross-country baseball road trip with my best friend Sean and my friend Corinne (in her Passat)! I am seriously so excited for you! This is such an awesome thing. And I'm glad that Mike will be there for at least part of the time.

They are on the road from the 14th to the 25th of August. :( So we'd have to wait around for them, then pushing back games in St. Louis and KC, etc etc. Sucks.

BIG mistake. This is the best time of year to come to Seattle! It's beautiful in August!

Yeah... I would really like to see Safeco; it's just that with the added days, it ends up screwing up the whole trip; it's so hard to match up who is on road trips or homestands. I feel like afterwards I will even want to make some sort of trip to see a Dodger game and a Mariner game at some point.

man, that sounds like it will be a blast. i don't even like baseball & that sounds awesome. life on the road. i am fairly jealous.

it'd be a tight sqeeze, but i can offer you guys a place to crash in the bay area if you want. you'd have to go 2 on an air mattress & 1 on a couch, but i think we could make it work. i'm just 4 blocks from the train station, easy access to both SF & Oakland...
