Staying awake

What does it take?? What happens now?? I see it sometimes. Just falling along side some giant landscape..sometimes a mountain of rock or sometimes a building touching the sky. It never matters where I'm diving off from. I see myself falling head first in my dreams, but I don't escape it there. I see it when I'm awake too. Is this who I am?? I look
