For the last two days I have been going to sleep at 3 am. I even did it last night despite swimming all day and feeling dead tired. But I still couldn't sleep. Its not bad actually. For awhile I was feeling really crappy if I got up past 10 in the morning. But I've been sleeping until noon and I feel fine. I think I just might be more at

I'm glad you're enjoying your summer! You're right about people spending too much time inside and online in this day and age. I feel so old saying that, but it's true. We need to get out more.
