Those Germans have a word for everything

i think it's weird when I run into the same word or concept at least three different times in totally unrelated instances. Current bit of strangeness. A bit of word which is Weltschmerz. I have run into it in a book and on a web page. Both unrelated. I also think I feel a bit of Weltschmerz from time to time ( Read more... )

I had this wierd dream once where this guy, with his Rottweiler, was yelling the word- Zine! Zine! at me and in my dream I knew it was German. I know, how profound. But, in your German word conquests- if you happen to find the meaning of that word- that would be cool. It could totally be spelled different. *giggles*

There's no German word zine that I know of... It would have prolly been spelled zein. He prolly was saying Nein!! Nein!! which would mean no. you sure he was German?
