I do not feel comfortable at funerals because when I was very young I was traumatized. We can talk about that later. But I do think you should go. *hug*

I missed my uncle's funeral a couple of years ago due to a busy school and work schedule. I felt guilty about it for a little while, but my family understood and I knew my uncle would have too. If it's not too difficult and you think you really want to go, then do it. But you are really far away and if it's too much of a hassle don't worry about it. Sometimes there's not much you can do. Either way, I'm sorry for your loss but I'm glad you're doing all right. Take care!

thing is, sometimes you cant make it, but if you can it is often a good thing, but whatever you do, certainly dont feel guilty about it. im sure you're going to make the right decision, whatever you do.

If you think you should go and can then do. If doubts arise, just think "what would she want me to do?" "would my Grandmother want me to be there?"
