green eggs and quiche

Things I learned today:

When making a crustless quiche, use a glass or aluminum pan. Iron pans react with the eggs, making them turn all green. Egh. However I may have figured out the mystery of making green eggs and ham without a gallon of food coloring.

you are really silly mike. Stoneware also works well for making a quiche, makes it even all over. The whole Iron pan making green eggs and ham, is kinda gross...:D
