So, I was making a dish for Eric's potluck dinner tonight and I realized that I actually like preparing food quite a lot. I think I'm going to start doing a LOT of baking now! Time for me to find a bunch of good recipes. Oh, and if anyone has suggestions of things I can cook/bake I would love to hear them.
