Just experienced my first [earthquake] EVER. It was weird, yet exciting--to know and feel the earth "alive" beneath my feet. My mother -in-law is in the hospital. Seems she had a huge boil on her butt but didn't do anything about it..now it is infecting her uterus. I had one after the flood on my right arm--man was that painful. Especially when I had to mop up all the mud and everytime I squeezed the mop, the mop handle would hit the boil! I am glad Sandra Bullock won best actress---wasn't so sure about Jeff Bridges, but he has been around a long time and has done some great stuff[never recognized by the academy]. Getting hotter lately but dry--El Nino effects.
Got a little puppy for Golda and Mom--they love the little puppy. They named it Chelsea. But the little dog is becoming a tyrant biting and pooping and peeing all over--and I have to clean it up-[LOL]

waiting for what other "tricks" Mother Nature has up her sleeve..but hoping itis a long time...had enough of her "raining cats and dogs" trick[lol]...It is ironic that back in Sept we had too much rain and the dams were overflowing and now the dams are only half full and maybe water rarioning soon...rainy season begins here in May.
