lost weight..
I made a new years resolution Jan1 to lose weight..so far I have lost 20--hope to lose another 10 before the year is out...then i will be the perfect weight for my body size and be able to live to be 92 like my inner voice told me awhile back..inner voice is that which we feel[gut feeling] of things to come...heard that an asteroid might hit earth ( Read more... ) -

blood pressure...
my wife got one of those at home blood pressure machines...she tried to get me to take my BP ..I said [no] Wow she blew up, saying I have to so I know my BP!! I said I am not getting into that hypochondriac TRAP,which my parents most of my uncles and aunts were in]. I do not want to know my health condition--I just eat healthy ad leave it at that..
