Today I was bored off my ass sitting in traffic, so I called up Tracie and asked her to pull my credit report to see how bad my FICO score was this year. She works at a mortgage company so she can do that really easily ( Read more... )

i need to go through my credit report but i'm almost afraid too. i don't know how many charge off's i have but i'm sure there are a few. how do you get rid of them? also, think you can score me my credit report?

Charge offs are like, the worst.

A charge off is basically when you get a line of credit, and then dont pay on it for so long that the bank essentially just considers it a loss and stops even keeping the debt in collections. They dont even send you letters asking you to pay for it because they have no delusion that you ever actually will.
