UCPD Tazer Iranian-American student for failure to show ID

UCLA's currently ordering an investigation, and the Chancellor urges people "not to jump to conclusions" in the meantime. Excuse me? What fucking conclusion is there to draw but that the UCPD repeated tazered an unarmed student who was leaving - as asked - because he didn't have his ID? Even once would have been absolutely unnecessary
