Don't think I've seen this much spontaneous sorrow at news of an actor's passing ever before.

She touched several different generations, and will be incredibly missed.

I think the news of the passing is somewhat a little more sudden than it was for Nicholas Courtney (Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart in Doctor Who) last month.

Besides, Elisabeth Sladen was such a classy actress to begin with. Very sorely missed... :-(
