Once Ted actually found the keys and released Booster's one wrist from the handcuffs, he pulled free. He massaged his wrist before snatching the keys from Ted with a 'Ha!' and releasing the handcuff still clinging to the bar. Handcuffs: check. Keys: check. He looked to Ted.
"Just for the record, you were asking for this," he grinned before practically pouncing his buddy and grappling and laughing with him for a few minutes, trying to latch the cuffs around his wrists.
