Booster's thoughts on Kanon! o/

Booster thinks Kanon is very nice: why wouldn't he? Kanon lets Booster talk about himself constantly. Booster will also gravitate toward Kanon if there aren't many other people he knows because he likes to stick to familiar faces sometimes. Sometimes, though, Kanon kind of skeeves him. Not in a super creepy way, but Booster can't really understand how someone can be so neutral and smiley all the time. It's kind of unsettling for him, but he just shoves that in the back of his mind because hey! Someone who's nice and doesn't jump down his throat for being showboaty!

Question for you! What does Kanon wish he could say to Booster that his personality restricts him from saying?

Clearly I should like. Be creepier at you. But then I don't have anything to be creepy about...

Hmm. Kanon... doesn't really wish he could tell Booster anything, but if there's something that he would tell Booster, it'll be that... he thinks Booster's idea of happiness won't actually bring him happiness. He might get around to questioning this one day, if the subject of their conversation actually goes there.

Well, I did say Kanon creeped him out! But nothing major on the creep-o-scale. Booster's not, like, Sherlock Holmes or anything. Not the brightest crayon in the box.

If the conversation goes that direction, I'll definitely be game for it! It would be a fun situation to work out~ <3

WELL there was a cereal called "Booster Bits". I'll let you judge whether that's good or not. Uhmmm...One of the covers of the original series was a sexy ad for Dusk men's cologne, which was pretty awesome. Nothing too bad either way, though. Lots of drinks, and some random stuff. The lowest point was probably the used car dealership. I refer you to this page.

For you! Uhm...Do you think Paco is actually comfortable with Jaime being the Blue Beetle? Or does he just pretend to be cool?

I would say that he trusts...maybe Skeets the most, but there will always be the you-were-evil-for-a-whole-year thing in the back of his mind, so he's way down below Ted. Maybe Rip. Actually, he trusts Rip a lot, but he doesn't always take his advice. Only someone who trusts someone else would get beat up 20 times trying to save someone who is unsaveable. That being said, they had a falling out right after that issue, so I would still rank Rip below Skeets. And, I mean, he probably trusts some of the other heroes. J'onn, maybe. But he's very lonely and very alone, and it might be mostly his fault (or entirely his fault) but he doesn't like it. He's just been screwed over so many times by people he trusts, he doesn't even trust himself.

WELL there is actual canon evidence to support that Superman and Booster Gold don't generally get along. (This is spoilery, but if something's been out for 20 years, can I still feel bad about spoiling it? No. No I cannot

WHAT DOES BOOSTER THINK BOUT SPANDEX

BOOSTER LOVES THE SPANDEX. Seriously, you'd be hard pressed to find him out of it in canon. I can think of......2 instances where he's not wearing it under his clothes.

You have to remember, he's an ex-football player, so he's very comfortable in it. Also, as a superhero, he needs the utmost in mobility! So spandex it is. He's not very shy.

QUESTION: Booster hits on Aeris. Her reaction?

Honest-to-God, Booster just, at his core, wants people to like him. He wants people to say good things about him when he's not around, and to tell him what a good person he is. ;; He's kinda pitiful like that.

How does Impulse feel being part of a legacy?

Impulse is still at the point where he seesaws about it depending on who he's talking to. He met Barry once in the past and surprisingly, instead of "this is the Flash" he was mosly "omg omg Grandpa be proud of meeee ;;" which is mainly where his desire to be the Flash comes from. Don't get me wrong, Bart loves helping people. Bart really and truly wants to do good just because he is that dorky kid who, while having questionable applications of his morals at times, would do anything to make someone stop crying. But to be the Flash is because he loves his grandfather, adores his grandmother, and wants more than anything to be worthy of them.

At the same time if he talks to Wally for extended periods he'll swing back to "stuff you, I don't have to follow in your footsteps to be a great superhero" because Wally is very good at making him feel like a huuuuuge screw up even if Bart desperately wants his approval as well, he'll never admit to himself how much he does. ...heck, he even wore a "What Would Flash Do?" wristband for an issue.

Booster thinks Nodame is great! He's not attracted to her, but he thinks she's a lot of fun to be around, and very nice. He's confused by her antics often, because she just so childlike, but he would hang out with her a lot. He knows she's a good person, and she seems to genuinely like him! So points on there. Sometimes she does awkward things, though, (like jump on his bed with her shoes on) but she's there to help him out, and he appreciates that.

How does Chiaki feel about other people's relationships with Nodame?
