I remember doing this Jungian exercise back in high-school, and thought it was interesting insight. remember that everything is symbolic and is manifested in the momentary you of NOW. i wonder how different my descriptions would be in a few years ( Read more... )

Oh, this was fun.

I'll share my answers -

1. Country, porch, garden, bright, airy, art, eclectic, warm, full of character

2. magical, fairies, large flowers, barefoot, curious, childlike, dancing/skipping, clouds, sunlight, taking lots of photos

3. Pet her and sit down next to her.

4. Diip my toes in, wash my face, sit at the edge and daydream, slowly wade in

5. Drink water from the lake, older teacup, beautiful, dusty, rinse it clean, delicate

6. Golden, traditional skeleton key, put it on a chain and wear it around my neck, beautiful, dusty but glimmering

7. In a wall covered with ivy, intricate, carved rounded, elaborate golden caster detailed doorknob, leads to another garden more magical than the one I came from, golden light, blooms and animals everywhere

I wrote this out shorthand in a notebook while I was working. ha. Very interesting. :)
