i guess it can be assumed that a female dominated society is no more equal than a male one

why can't we just have an equal society without gender roles and without gender archetypes?

i mean really, we've evolved far beyond the need for such things

Men should go through half the shit girls have to put up with and then tell us that it should be an equal society without gender archetypes. Come talk to me after you've had menstrual cramps.

hey, you can at least have the option of engaging in what our society considers "male" activities

if i do anything that could be seen as "feminine"

i'm a fag

i cant belive u used the word fag... bad chris... i still like you though.

ok, so ab gender roles... i completly agree. if a man wants to do something females are generally associated with (ie art) then that male better be flippin amazing. but not wat many people realize is that our society barely lets women achieve greatness status.

i completly agree with u ab the men and women need to be equal. i doubt it will ever happen. people r still stuck in the 1950s mindset, if they realize it or not.

yes, women need to deal with annoying cramps and a thing called child labor, but because of this, i think we ignore what men go through. ive never heard of a girl needing to cope w/ shrinkage or a wet dream.

wow i think thats been my longest comment ever.

i meant that

if i do anything feminine i could be (in the less enlightened parts of the world) called a fag and beaten up for it

women dont get beat up for being masculine - they might be verbally degraded though

guys get the shit beat out of them for being gay or coming off as gay
