That is so incredibly sad. I have to admit, I'm rather surprised she didn't miscarry or at least deliver early - if she got pregnant last August, then she's due within the next two weeks or so, and the smoking plus her physical immaturity are both risk factors in premature delivery.

I heard about that on the radio, and it boggles my mind. You can't really blame the kid for being fucked up when her mother is PROUD of her for getting knocked up at age 11. >_< There is something seriously screwed up with that family.

Yeah tell me about it. I don't know that my parents would kick me out of the family or anything, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be thrilled. And I know my dad would go after the guy with a baseball bat.
