[conservatives] are also a force that needs guidance though. They have a mob mentality and they need to have their issues addressed. At the same time though, they need to be educated. Unless you want the whole country ruled by bible thumpers, I really encourage liberals and moderates alike to reach out with kindness and understanding.
You can't argue with their God, but you can speak with their humanity. It might take awhile, but if we are ever going to respect and understand each other we both need to work towards compromise.- I presume you're advocating tht "liberals and moderates" should reach out to "conservatives"? How about the conservatives start re-evaluating their (often) very narrow worldview, which does not encompass other "truths

BRY..... listen to me. You're an amazing individual. Few posses the insight so characteristic of you. You have an estute sense of what is going on. While this is seen by people like me as a huge strength, I realize that this must also be a double edged sword. Keep up that head, and tell yourself it will be alright, as I know it will be
