We can't help it but compare. We look at our neighbors, our friends, and our enemies and we can't help but ask why things are the way they are. Why can't I have it like so&so, or why does so&so have it so good? The light thinkers like to answer these kinds of questions with vague terms like luck or chance, but I propose something different. Perspective.... dlewk May 4 2005, 00:17:53 UTC
BRYAN

Nice article/entry. Perhaps you are right, everything is as it should be. People dont just land on mountain tops, they had to climb to get there.

Perhaps another slant on this issue is that things that you may feel you are lacking are already there in a quantity/quality at greater than or equal to others. You must not overlook the fact that people tend to present themselves in a manner that exceeeds their own personal reality. We all engage in impression management and while a person may beleive another person to be "perfect," the truth is that both of them are far from. Sometimes it is better to be self accepting than self perfecting.

All and all you seem to be doing fantastic. You have a briilliant mind and a superior intellect. I always enjoy seeing/hearing/reading your perspective on diff issues. Keep it up BRY!!!

Reality.... dlewk May 8 2005, 20:02:06 UTC
"The interesting people are the people who try to bend and warp reality to fit themselves. Anyone can bend to reality, but very few can actually bend reality."

How Powerful and How True....

The question may be posed, who is stronger, the indivudual, or the society?

Remember though BRYAN, reality is subjective. I contruct my own reality as do you contruct your own, perhaps very different reality.

Love you bro,

Danny
