Best of luck pup - it can be hard when dieting at first, as your body will try to make you stick to your old habits (as that's what it's used to). Just cutting out any snacks really helps - ask yourself if you're having a snack because you really are hungry, or just because you want it. Keeping distracted in between meals helps a lot too.
Another good way is to keep visualising your goal - fitting back into your t-age. If you really are having trouble, and find yourself desperately wanting a snack, imagine that snack adding to your problem (imagine how you'd feel if that one unhealthy bit of food was the thing to cause the zips on your t-age to break completely). It sounds bad but it might help.
We'll support you through this, Boots - and in your next 2 monthly update ( :P ) I'm sure you'll be back in your black t-age and fitter than before :D
