Just a month or will he get several months? Someone I know told me that this guy at his work got 6 months leave whereas his wife got one year. Both worked at the same factory as he does.

It's just a month at Hydro. But it's paid which is an even bigger bonus.

actually he can take the full Mat leave if he wants.. but i believe it's called parental leave? Scott took the full 52 wks mat/pat leave when leia had ethan, cause she made more money at the time..
