Real life is still beating up Boppy, so I'm keeping this short. :)

Quick reminder that the Character Study Challenge closes this Saturday October 6. Today we got the first vid entries which was very exciting! I am not at all happy with this whole evil-twins scenario: especially with the girl playing the helplessly evil one and brother coming to the rescue.

I'd probably be more upset with this myself if I cared, which I don't. I don't see why we need them, they both annoy me, and the black ooze was soooo X-Files. I half expected them to cut to some guy lurking in the shadows smoking. :p

Yeah, my tolerance for them ran out in the second episode. We don't need them. And the black ooze was not only X-Files, it has already been ripped off by Smallville, so this is a third-hand concept/effect. Pfft! *unimpressed*

These new shows are really confusing me and I'm not even watching that many. Just one good new show, is that too much to ask?

Oh, and Nathan's Oreo-cookie beard scares the hell out of me.

Aw I'm so glad you're enjoying Chuck! It's the geekiest show at the moment and I love it so much!

I also don't like new brother and sister on Heroes. They bore me.

So I'll restrict myself to saying that I think the show would be a whole lot more fun if she had any ability to play a line for comedy.

I wonder if the producers went off her work in Jekyll where she did a good job of delivering her funny lines. Maybe maintaining the accent is working against her? They should have held off a year and waited until Katee was freed of her BSG duty and given her the part.

Oh, I didn't know she managed in Jekyll? Perhaps the accent is the issue after all. And I couldn't agree more--a little patience on the part of the producers would have paid off.
