apparently, i wrote stuff over the pass couple of years and left them hanging. might as well dump them here.
junho's b-day fic (circa 2015)
he never tells anyone how frequent he thinks about her nowadays. how he's happy for the many things that they are doing together. how she greets him with a cheery voice that seems to always lifts up his mood. how she sometimes creates new jokes and tells him soon after that and he laughs soon after that (even though his laughs are mostly because she's laughing and it's the one of the most wonderful things he's heard; he has to admit.) how she awkwardly places her hand on his shoulder for their dance routine and he tells her soon after that it's okay; yet in the end he's the one who is blushing when he places his hand on her waist. and yet he really thinks it is finally obvious -- that he likes her throughout all the years yet no one goddamn notices.
he tells himself that it's okay to let his wall down sometimes and let people themselves in. and when suji talks about her being busy and not getting enough sleep that he notices her getting quiet, day by day, the tiredness consuming her slowly but truly wholely. he notices the eyebags being covered by makeup so she's still the first-love doll that the nation adores. he notices the restrained laughs that she lets out on broadcast because she once told him about her reading comments saying that her laughs are 'manly' and 'inappropriate for a girl' that he gets mad (but all he can do is say that her laughter is what people laugh /with/ (being careful with the use of words here), and those comments are nothing but empty echoes from behind that we shouldn't be bothered. suji agrees soon after, but she still tones it down a little). she knows that junho is the one who's the least bothered -- the one who puts on a straight face everywhere and whose emotions are hard to be figured out.

he kept staring at his phone. waiting, waiting for something to pop up soon.
he sighed when he soon realized that he had been doing that for the past hour so he got up to get some air. sure enough, he's jetting back and forth, from korea to japan, that he barely sees her or anyone else in particular. but he really does miss her.
#2 of JUST WRITE ANYTHING LISA (circa 2015)
she sometimes do wonder what it would be like to run into him again. after all, even if the world - let alone the whole city - is a darn huge place and the possiblities of running into someone again could be very miniscule, but when fate calls for a meeting, somehow you will meet that person no matter how much you don't want to.
and that's what she thought when she met him again.
it wasn't magical or whimsical like what she read in the novels her friend lended to her before. was it happy? sad? she wasn't sure herself. it happened, but she just couldn't comprehend what kind of feeling she felt when she saw him again.
in the end, she just decided to just go with the flow and see what would happen.
suji didn't meet minyoung for such a long time - four? five years? - so when minyoung called for a small reunion with their unnies, fei and jia, she didn't mind at all. catching up with university mates wasn't too bad, she thought. she could use the slight journey down the memory lane, after all.
'hey suji, i'll pick you up around 10 in the morning, okay? fei and jia will meet us there.' the text said.
suji instantly typed back, 'you still remember where i live?'
'of course, unless you moved out from your parents; which i very much doubt. haha.'
suji smiled. despite being apart and almost no-contact for those many years, minyoung was still the dependable friend slash unnie she had back during first year in university.
suji walked away from the apartment block and to the nearest bus stop so that it'll be easier for minyoung to spot her. and sure enough, a couple of minutes later minyoung's family car finally came. but, suji couldn't help but recognize the one person who was driving the car. and it wasn't minyoung.
it was him. lee junho. minyoung's older brother. her old crush. her ex, even though their relationship wasn't that much of a real thing back then. sort-of ex, simply put.
minyoung got out from her front seat and immediately hugged suji so tight while laughing. minyoung's still her favourite midget kind of friend, she noticed so she laughed as well and hugged minyoung so tightly in return. "i miss you so much!" minyoung exclaimed, clearly very happy to see her after so long.
they heard him coughing from inside the car through the rolled-down window. "girls, can you be quick?" he paused for a moment before smoothly saying, "and minnie, can you let suji sit here instead?"
minyoung could feel suji's getting tensed up, so, in her defense, quickly shook her head and easily muttered, "no way. we want to do some girl-to-girl catching up session, okay?" minyoung blabbed while winking at suji. this was also some girl-to-girl kind of support, which suji clearly appreciated so much.
and so they entered the car and sat down and basically ignored whatever junho talked about throughout the journey. (but still, suji couldn't help but to notice him staring through the rearview mirror but minyoung was quick to tell him to focus on driving. minyoung is amazing, always had always will.)
#1 of markdy's dump post (circa 2016)
He pretends he didn’t see her then.
She was getting her make-up done with some final touches by the staff, cheeks puffing up as she gets herself ready. There’s something about her then, the serene look in her eyes (as if nothing bothered her at all) as people made her up to be a doll - even though he knew she didn’t like to - and the bright smile when one of the staff members said something funny to her and her group members. He noticed her attempt on laughing but she just smiled.
He didn’t know what he missed more. Her reassuring gaze that she shows whenever he was upset about something (something being how he feels that he will never make it. That he will never become the person he wanted to) or her bright smile when he needed a support when he was sore and tired from all the late-night dance practices and flips that sometimes made him have bruises and cuts, but he never told anyone but her.
He figured she would understand him; coming from across the same ocean and continent in order to achieve the lives of their dreams - to be performers - and to be someone successful in what they love. He appreciated all the times when she would come running to him, or vice versa, late at night when they would escape from their tiring practice schedules and go to the park nearby both of their dorms, using the swings as their place to unwind and let their emotions be put on their sleeves for only the both of them to see. Because sometimes lonely and foreign souls like theirs needed company from the likeliness of each other.
She would always be the first to speak, her feet taking up specks of sand dust from the surface of the dirt. She would talk about her worries of trying, struggling, to be the perfect Wendy for all the people around her. And when she began to tear up, he would crouch down and look up at her eyes, his hands covering hers and he would tell her that all of this would be alright. That things will turn out okay, one way or another. It’s a tedious process, being someone’s rock when they themselves are mere broken pieces of glass, Mark thought. But, why not? He thought as well.
and as for fic ideas, these are them;
