I remember when I first learned about that in biology class being so stunned I'd never knew this before. 1 in 2000! Talk about a taboo. Very good to be spreading this around.
I learned about XXY in biology too- definitely sophomore year (age 16) & I think in 6th grade (age 11) too.
This was just really well done. I felt the video really allows you to empathize with her situation. And unlike with debates over sexual orientation the truth of the innateness of the XXY condition is just so obvious & far from being in question that debates over "choice" aren't possible- though I'm consistently surprised by the debates people initiate that I'd think wouldn't be possible.
