Back onto weight watchers for me today. Day 1. I need to ger serious about getting my ass in gear especially if Jon and I are going to try and get pregnant this year. + 35 flex points a week. - Those can be spent anyway you want. You can use them all in one day or spread them out within the week.
If you don't use all your FLEX points in the week though you CAN'T save them for next week. but those are a lot of points to have a one splurge day! or even divided into two!
