Congratulations! What an exciting opportunity, I'm hype for you! When does your course start? With it being in-person, hopefully after the worst of icy streets is over?
Hopefully you won't catch a cold, bad enough when one person in the family is sick over the holidays.
The course starts around the 17th of january, so there's gonna be ice, I'm afraid, buuuut campus is so central that I will be in well-kept streets, so there's always that <3
It's going to be 4 courses over 6 months, and I'm vibrating? XD
As for colds - they suck. I'm still having PTSD about first not having ANY taste buds for 3 months, and then S A L T and the scent and taste of rotten stuff. Omfg, Covid is the WORST. That said, I really want to have lots of tasty food, and I'm planning to cook ALL the things ;A;
...Do you guys have traditional tasty foodstuff for the holidays?

We do have a lot of traditional holiday season foods in Germany, but I haven't had time to bake anything festive yet. Maybe over the actual holidays.
