Thanks. I've never been to Skagit Valley but I've seen photos of it. It looks like my kind of place!

These tulips were clustered in a median strip in a city street.

I simply have no idea. The skyline is a bit blurry, but I think it's not familiar to me anyway... And I've never heard of an Indigo bookstore... I'm stumped.
