If you need to point out the loopholes to be at peace within yourself, then do so. How he reacts is ultimately his own responsibility. He's an adult...even if his first reaction is not the greatest, he will learn to live with it. Didn't he once say something about wanting to surround himself with people who think for themselves??

I think he said that he was looking for leaders; followers need not apply...but I'm sure there was something about thinking for oneself in there, too...
